Kyle was an amazing professional. He called me every Tuesday and Thursday like clock work with updates on my car. I was thoroughly pleased with Kyle and would request him by name should we need any repairs to our cars again. Please keep Kyle on your staff. He deserves to be promoted. We went to get our car side bumper fixed and both receptionists were excellent. Very polite and helpful. Steve looked at our car and found the bottom loose and fixed it by putting some bolts to hold it together, and put some metal clips to hold the bumper while we waited. Excellent service and definitely will keep using them if we ever need them. Top class service. Steve has always worked on our car and he gives the best service. Thank you

From start to finish, the entire team demonstrated exceptional service and impressive thoroughness. They took the time to address every detail, and the final result looks better than it did before the accident. A huge thank you to Chris, my service rep, who went above and beyond throughout the repair process. His dedication, clear communication, and commitment to getting every aspect of the repair done right truly stood out. I also want to recognize James, who handled my previous service with the same level of professionalism and care. The customer service ladies at the front desk are always so friendly, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to work with — they make the whole experience much smoother and less stressful. Worst repair experience — poor communication, missed deadlines, and incomplete cleanup My vehicle was rear-ended, which damaged the tailgate/liftgate and shattered the rear glass. I brought my car to Caliber Collision because the insurance company directed me there, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The biggest issue was communication. I called to check on the status, and James, the supervisor, told me the vehicle should be ready for pickup on Friday. When I called again, I was told additional parts had to be ordered and that it should be ready by Tuesday. I understood that delays can happen, but I expected clear updates. Instead, I had to keep calling myself. By Wednesday, there were still no clear updates, and the receptionist sounded irritated and was not very helpful. On Thursday, James told me they had missed a paint spot and that the painter had corrected it, but it needed time to dry. He then told me the car would be ready Friday at 2 PM. When I called Friday at 2 PM to let them know I was coming, I was told the car was still not ready and they did not know exactly when it would be ready. At that point, my car had already been t

My experience at caliber collision was top-notch. I was pleased from the time I walked in till the time I picked up my car. They're customer service is exceptional.They're so genuine, as they took care of every one of my needs. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful. And Kenneth my service advisor made sure all my needs were met. It was a minor fender bender, I was hit from behind and it messed up my bumper. I was very pleased with the work that was done and how quickly I was back in my car. I will definitely be recommending Caliber to my friends and family.
